Pilates

• Pilates Assessment (Including individual exercise programme) – £35
• Pilates Assessment 2:1 – £40
• Pilates Course of Group Classes – £9 per class if full course is paid for or £10 per class on a pay as you go basis (subject to availability)
• 1 to 1 Pilates Class or 2 to 1 Pilates Session 1 hour - £55
• 1 to 1 Pilates Class 1/2 hour – £30
• Ergonomic/workplace assessment £150 including written report
